Stalder Spring Works Quality

Our quality system requires a first piece inspection as we develop the production parameters, and control plans for a part number the first time it is set up. First piece inspections are available to our customers upon request.

We also supply PPAP's to the level our customers request. If you require a PPAP, please advise us as part of your initial order.

CP and CPk's are calculated and tracked on all items produced.

All of our products are tracked with a lot number that is traceable to the original heat number on all production parts. The lot number is listed on all Labels, Packing Slips, and Invoices.
