Bright Basic Wire Forms

Stalder Spring can fabricate bright basic wire forms. This material is cold drawn through a die in order to create a product with close dimensional tolerances, improved mechanical properties, and a bright finish. Prior to drawing, it is common to perform shot-blasting in order to remove surface scale. Bright basic wire forming can be completed in industrial, cold finishing, high carbon, and cold healing qualities. Advantages of this material include:

  • Easily Formed
  • Ability to be Welded
  • No Phosphate
  • Consistent Mechanical Properties According to Specifications
  • Easy to Remove Lubricant
