Custom Torsion Springs

Stalder Spring engineers and manufactures innovative heavy duty torsion springs and custom torsion springs.

As a type of helical spring, torsion springs exert a torque or rotary force when twisting its end along its axis. Though the name suggests otherwise, torsion springs are exposed to bending stress opposed to torsional stress.

They have the capacity to store and release angular energy as well as statically keep a mechanism in place.

At Stalder Spring, we think outside of the box to provide our customers with heavy duty torsion springs that other companies may not be able to manufacture.  In the past, we have even gone as far as building our own machines for specialty jobs. We don’t see ourselves as a job shop or shop torsion springs manufacturer, but as a company that forms long term working relationships with our clients. ISO Certification
